1. How do I apply to rent one of your properties?

2. How much does it cost to apply?
The cost to apply is $50. It is non-refundable.
3. What are your qualifications?
We do a criminal and prior eviction screening, rent and income verification, credit and debt analysis. We do not qualify tenants based on a minimum credit score. We look at the whole picture when approving tenants.
4. Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We have a pet policy that all pets should meet. Our pet fee is $200 and is non-refundable.
5. Can I pay my rent online?

6. How long is a typical lease?
